Amazing Grace Tire

I called on the 17th to see if they had my tire size in a used tire. They said yes, $65 for the tire. I asked if it had ever had any holes or been plugged. The guy said, "all my tires are good". I went up there and a man working there sold me a tire. 2 days later, my mechanic neighbor tried to put it on my car. Air would not stay in it. He found it had 2 holes, 1 in the sidewall. He also saw there was an X written on the tire, which means its no good (obviously bc of the holes). Today, he took it back up there to get a replacement for me. (I have a new baby and I already had to bring him out in the heat the day I got the tire in my husband's car which has no air, which is why I need mine back, hence trying to find a tire). The men working there tried to deny that it was their tire and also seemed to think i may have put the holes in the tire. Mind you, it never made it on the car bc it wouldn't hold it when on the rim. After some back and forth, they gave him a different tire. I was very disappointed to spend $65 for a useless tire, and even more so bc they initially didnt wanna make it right. I thought i had found a good place for used tires, but sadly, I will not ever be going

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Amazing Grace Tire. From the moment I arrived, the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The man I believe was the owner repeatedly tried to get my daughter and me to ride with him to an auto parts store to get lug nuts. I told him multiple times that I was not comfortable doing that and would not be going, yet he continued to push the issue. As a woman with my daughter present, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I also specifically told them not to throw my aftermarket wheels into my trailer because I had to return them to RR Tire and didn’t want them damaged. They ignored my request and threw them into the trailer anyway. The workmanship was poor, and I don’t feel they took the time to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. When I explained that RR Tire no longer had my lug nuts and that I was absolutely certain of what I had been told, I was met with a rude attitude instead of professionalism. The situation only escalated from there. Paying $125 for this level of service was incredibly disappointing. I don’t believe I should have been charged for such poor workmanship and the w

We were traveling through Greenville on our way back to Indiana. We noticed the back tires making a noise and found we needed 2 back tires. The kind and friendly gentleman at Amazing Grace Tires put on 2 back tires and sent us on our way. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was so very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Amazing Grace!
